14-Day Return Policy
As a customer of H2 Vital GmbH, you naturally enjoy a 14-day statutory right of return. This is known as a legally guaranteed right of withdrawal. This can be exercised without giving reasons. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. For this, the goods must be returned in full (including original packaging or box) at your own expense. After receipt of the goods, we will check completeness and refund the purchase price. In case of insufficient completeness, we charge a processing fee of up to 10% of the purchase price.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer or to H2 Vital GmbH.

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you send the return by cash on delivery, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund or not accepted.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in.
If you are shipping an item worth over 75 €, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
No Opened or Actively Used Products
The right of return protects you, as we sell our product online. The right of withdrawal is excluded for opened cans, jars, and bottles. Therefore, we cannot refund already opened beverages. Other goods such as clothing or products subject to hygiene standards can only be returned unused. If irreparable damage or signs of wear are visible, a usage compensation may be due.
Defective Goods?
Have you received defective or incomplete goods? Please send us proof and we will take care of your matter internally. Send us an email at info@h2-awake.de
How long does the return take?
Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, you will receive feedback from us within 7-14 days. The refund will be made to the account specified during the ordering process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value upon return of the item. Once the returned item has been received by us, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be made to the gift giver, and the gift giver will be informed about the return.
Return of Deposit Packaging
Goods bearing a deposit logo (e.g., AWAKE beverage cans) can be returned at common deposit collection points. These are available, for example, at your local supermarket. Alternatively, you can return the deposit goods at your own expense to the following address and receive a refund of the deposit within 14 days of receipt of goods:
