We also use a double coating on our cans, which is safe for health. This prevents the aluminum from coming into contact with the water. No bisphenol A was deliberately used in the double inner coating of the cans during production. They are therefore BPA-free.

After opening: Molecular hydrogen is gaseous and escapes over time. That's why we recommend drinking AWAKE as soon as possible after opening. This way, the hydrogen is optimally available. During production, we use a special high-pressure process to bind the hydrogen stably in the beverage. After opening, you should ideally drink AWAKE within about 30 minutes. If the can or bottle is resealed and stored cool in the meantime, this period can be extended.

When will my order be shipped if I pay by direct debit?

If you pay by direct debit, it may take a little longer before your order is shipped. Once the amount has been debited from your account, our payment service provider Stripe usually needs 7 to 14 days to fully process the payment. Only after the payment has been received by us will your order be processed and shipped. Please plan this additional time into your order. If you would like to shorten the waiting time, you can easily change the payment method in your account to PayPal or credit card. With these payment methods, the payment is processed more quickly and your order can be shipped accordingly earlier.

Why do I see a charge of 1 € / 1 $ on PayPal?

PayPal carries out a small test debit (e.g. €1 or $1) for subscriptions or recurring payments. With this, PayPal checks whether your account is valid and whether future payments can be executed correctly. This debit is not a real charge. The amount is either automatically released again or not finally booked at all. Depending on the bank, it may take a few business days before it disappears again. Important for you: AWAKE does not receive this amount and it is not a duplicate or hidden payment.
